Product Strategy Development
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for digital products, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand user behavior, and inform product decisions.

User-Centric Design
Lead the development of user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.

Feature Prioritization
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to prioritize features based on user feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

Agile Product Development
Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to drive iterative development, manage sprints, and adapt to changing priorities.

Product Backlog Management
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most up-to-date requirements and aligns with the product roadmap.

- Proven experience (X years) as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles, wireframing tools, and prototyping software.
- Solid analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Experience in product marketing, digital strategy, or software development is a plus.
